Mcdonald's - Miami

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Ordering through the app is completely useless; it doesn't save you any time at all. The staff at this McDonald's lack customer service skills, are disorganized, and rude. Honestly, the food doesn't taste right—it's clear they must be cutting corners. I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is if they can't even get the basics right. I've had this same disappointing experience multiple times and finally decided to write a review out of frustration. I've even walked out three times without getting my food due to their incompetence. Avoid this location at all costs.

Awful service, employees with bad attitude and long nails not using gloves. I place the order at the kiosk and couldn't redeem a code, try to ask for help and the employees were trying to avoid me untill they have to give me the food and reusing to validatea code from the app. We won't be there any time soon. 1 star is being generous with this place.

This McDonald's closes at 2:00 AM, but at 1:15, the staff rudely informed three people in the drive-thru that they weren't taking orders because they were closed. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.

Friendly staff and the fries were ????????????????. The management and staff have improved over the last several years and the food for some reason tastes fresher. Everything was hot and fresh when it came out.

This is the most disappointing McDonald's I've ever visited. The staff always seem to have an attitude. If you're going to bring negativity to work, perhaps you shouldn't be in the service industry.
