It's amazing how excited you can be to order 2 dozen of Customized donuts for you daughter first birthday party And when you get there , to the store you can feel the negativity and a horrible costumer service . First I send a DM asking information about specific donuts I saw online from them .. and someone answered saying call the the store . No hello , no thank you .. I said ok .. that was a red flag and I didn't notice I called them, they asked me for picture I sent it and then they asked me to call them back for prices... costumer service by the phone was not good or bad .. but I was excited to order the donuts so around 3 weeks before the party I decided to go in person to pay for these Customized donuts $40 for 12 I wanted 2 dozens I was ready to pay. And booom , a lady the only one in the store unfortunately comes with attitude, you can tell as soon as she sees you that she is mad or looks mad .. You can tell that she hates attending people, hates costumer service ... i was about to spent around $100 in 2 dozens of donuts and she was negative for everything... This lady was rude the way she talked to me, her attitude ... In one point I thought she didn't want to sell anything I was very disappointed because I was ready to pay those donuts ... and that was the only place, option I had at that moment. I was so disappointed for the entire situation ... hard to explain just a really bad costumer service .. I just decided to leave without being rude I just said I'm not going to get the donuts .. thanks To me costumer service is really important. You are paying money for a service. They are not giving nothing for free so be polite and professional. If not hire someone else . If she is the owner that will be really bad . Because the place looked clean and donuts looked yummy but this person is giving nothing good to this place . Costumer service is important! I decided not to get customized donuts for my daughters birthday. That was my only option . But thanks God I found another place Mojo donuts even though was a little more expensive and far from my house . As soon as they picked up the phone omg totally different ... professional, great costumer service , they gave me options .. I talked with 3 different people... all of them , wanted to help me . So I ended up paying for my Donuts Can't wait to receive them.
Came across this place by chance. And I am very impressed. The donuts were delicious beautiful and meticulously made. We are very picky about our donuts... and we will definitely be returning.
PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING: Honestly, my mom was having a bad day, and I wanted to cheer her up before I got back to work, but unfortunately, the customer service was not up to par. When I got there, she told me to give her a second, and when I didn't understand the first time because she was so far, I couldn't hear, she looked at me If I was stupid. I waited a whole 10-15 minutes while she was back there, assuming to prepare some donuts that a guest in front of me ordered. But at least come back to the front and greet me and fill me in on the situation, instead of texting away in the back and leaving customers wondering what's going on. Long story short, I ended up leaving because I was running late, and the time frame to do something kind for my mom was gone. Thanks a lot, Maxi Donas : appreciate the lousy customer service. 0/10 would NEVER recommend.
I ate a doughnut there and it felt like I ate a brick, the frosting tasted like medicine and to top it off it was TOO EXPENSIVE, definitely Not worth it
Just bought dozen for my son’s birthday Delish? guava, Boston cream, brownie, dulce de Leche, M&M…these donuts are muy deliciosa worth the price for these handcrafted delicacies? thank you Maxi Donas
