This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant! I ordered tacos without realizing it was Taco Tuesday and that they had a special promotion. I ended up paying nearly double for eight tacos, and at no point did they mention the special. It wasn't until I saw them preparing my order that I noticed the promotion. I brought it to their attention—not asking for a refund, but simply hoping they could at least provide me with the drinks included in the special, considering I paid twice as much as I needed to. Unfortunately, they refused to accommodate my request. I’ve now lost interest in returning, and my friends who recommended the place feel the same. Customer service should always be a priority, and they clearly fall short in that area.
