We tried the steak au poivre and French onion soup, both of which were delicious. For dessert, we shared a crème brûlée, which was good but not the best I've had. Overall, we had a great experience. The prices were reasonable and the service was fantastic.
Amazing birthday dinner! I used to be at le bouchon du grove to brunch and breakfast and wanted to taste her dinner menu. what an astonishing surprise! had the chicken frisasse with porcini mushroom risotto, that was spectacularly delicious and my man had the Chilean sea bass with cherry tomato risott and basilikum sauce, which tasted amazingly good. we paired the food with a bottle of sancerre (white). to dessert we had a cream broulee. will definitely come back to try the tradition of a French bark meat bouruignon. I recommend this petty, cozy, romantic, authentic French restaurant in coconut grove. one of the best French meals we had in miami.
I gave him a 5 stars because the food, ambiente and wine selection were all impeccable! tuna steak with portobello mushrooms was fantastic and so was the filet mignon. the type that greeted us at the door did not seem too happy that we were there. it seemed like he had a bad day. he asked if we had reservations and we didn't. he rolled his eyes and stormed the room for an open table for 2 and there were some tables on 5 o'clock on Tuesday. he said he could rush us through dinner, but he had many reservations at 18 o'clock, but he would fit us. we have almost gone to this time to eat as well as the greeting we have just received. looking at this one situation, the rest was wonderful and happy that we stayed! the prices are normal, perhaps even slightly less than most French restaurants we visited. large wine list with good selection of glass casting as well. 5 stars after the 2 minutes greeting.
Oh, la! We absolutely adored every aspect of this French restaurant. The dishes were amazing, the staff was incredibly friendly, and even the owner came to check on us. Despite not having a reservation, they were able to accommodate us with a fantastic table. The Scallops with Pesto were a highlight and a must-try! We ordered the tuna and the duck, both of which were absolutely delicious, and even the coffee was exceptional. We will definitely be returning!
The best pancakes! also the omelettes are delicious. we just went there without recommendations and it turned out to be the best breakfast in miami. will be definitiw for dinner next time I am in the city. the atmosphere is fantastic, the staff is friendly and fast, even if the place is full. cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. I often wanted to make photos of eating, but I just remembered when I was halfway eating (that should tell you, smth.) just go!
