La Palma Ristorante & Bar - Miami

We had a reservation for the 19th januar and received a confirmation request from opentable on the same day. now, after we get a taxi ins restaurant when we arrived, it was closed. I called the restaurant number and was informed that it is closed for renovations. Why didn't I either inform you from opentable or better than the restaurant itself. they know their reservations and could have known us in advance. in this restaurant we have dined many times and really enjoy it. However, we were given up with this opportunity due to a lack of customer focus and care.

Excellent eating, very friendly staff especially herr julio and junior of the Venezuelan server also the bartender. everything was great and the live music. 100 Recommend

I was in this restaurant for lunch in the past and thought it would be a really nice restaurant. great eating, service, ambiente and even worth it. this special Saturday night was a packed house and there were live music (piano) combining it to make it too loud for our taste, and the service very slowly as they were very busy. the food was good. I'll go back, but maybe stay at lunch

I loved the ambiance of quiet courtyard with plants and soft lighting. We were there for dinner during work week and we were the only customers there. It was almost like private dining. Waiter was sometimes a little slow. The food was tasty, however one of our meals was not what it said it was. According to menu it was supposed to be veal with porcini sauce, in reality it was beef with portobello sauce. Regardless, it was enjoyable experience. We will visit again.
