The Eggplant Parmesan featured lightly breaded, thick slices of eggplant with just the right amount of cheese—enough for every bite without being overwhelming—and sauce that added moisture and flavor without overpowering the eggplant or making it too soggy. The Rosemary Chicken was delicious and served in a generous portion. We chose sautéed vegetables as our side for both dishes, and they were perfectly tender without being mushy and not drenched in butter or oil. The Tiramisu was good, though I personally prefer a stronger coffee flavor than what this one had. The Limoncello Cake was light and delightful, but the flavor leaned more towards the cream than the lemon.
I absolutely love their Eggplant Parmesan! It’s nice and crispy. I usually pair it with the sautéed vegetables, which are excellent. They’re cooked to perfection, lightly tossed in a slightly garlicky sauce, well-seasoned, and have a subtle hint of smokiness.
Once again, I must commend the Chef! As I mentioned previously, they truly deserve the title. The Chicken Marsala, Chicken Lasagna, Feta Ravioli topped with Chicken and Carbonara Sauce, along with the Linguini Carbonara and Meatballs, made for an exceptional meal for three. Thank you!
The chicken was dry, no sauce. The pasta was mushy and tasted old. Very disappointed
The Chicken Piccata was excellent, good portions
