Hard Rock Cafe Miami

The cheese fries were fantastic, generously topped with bacon and cheese. The burger was also quite tasty. I prefer my burger well done, but the app didn’t allow me to specify, so it came out medium-well. The meat was juicy, and the toppings were flavorful. I would suggest enhancing the burger bun slightly, as it felt a bit ordinary for such a great burger. Overall, everything was very good!

The restaurant is small and the food was not flavorful at all. Additionally, some items were missing from our order.

What an amazing experience! Hard Rock Cafe never fails to impress, and they keep getting better each year. They pay special attention to their service, and today we had the pleasure of being assisted by Tiffany Manger. She was fantastic—extremely friendly, kind, and patient. I highly recommend this place!

I was quite let down by the quality of the food considering the price, and our server didn't even bring the condiments for our meals. The Cokes we received were completely flat, and when we asked for fresh ones, he returned to say they were out of Coke. How is that possible on a Friday? It was no surprise to see that every other restaurant was bustling while this one was empty. Overall, I was really disappointed.

I traveled down from Rhode Island for a vacation in Miami before our cruise and took my brother out to dinner at Hard Rock Miami to celebrate his 23rd birthday. It was just the two of us, and I have to say, our server Nick was fantastic! The manager even stopped by to ask if we were celebrating something special and generously offered my brother a complimentary dessert. The food was delicious! Nick even gave my brother a “birthday shoutout” to the entire restaurant, claiming it was his first time doing so. He was very attentive, frequently checking on his tables to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this location; it deserves a solid 5 stars! We will definitely be back!
