Hachidori Ramen - Miami

Anyone who gives this place a negative review needs to reconsider their priorities. Our order took a little longer than expected, but when a sudden rainstorm struck while we were sitting outside, the staff immediately moved us inside and even comped our ramen due to a system issue. We felt compelled to show our gratitude by leaving the value of the ramen as a tip for our waiter. The food was delicious, especially the thick broth in the O.G. ramen and the appetizers. This restaurant is now one of my top 5 favorite ramen spots in South Florida.

The food and service at this restaurant are exceptional!

If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. It's no surprise that it's closing down, with the waitress's rude attitude of informing me as soon as I walked in that they were closing.

This restaurant was amazing, but unfortunately their last day of operation is Sunday. We decided to visit one last time yesterday and were surprised to find that the restaurant was severely understaffed. It took us 30 minutes to be seated and another 30 minutes to receive our food, which was not up to the usual standard we have come to expect after dining here 12 times before. After eating, all three of us experienced stomach aches and diarrhea throughout the night. We suspect that the food may have been past its expiration date or not properly stored. We recommend avoiding this place unless you want to risk getting sick. Additionally, it was shocking to learn that the staff were only informed 4 days ago that the restaurant would be closing. Who does that?

Anyone who gives this place a negative review really needs to rethink their life choices. Our food took a bit to come out, but when a sudden rainstorm hit, the staff quickly brought us inside and didn't charge us for our drinks while we waited. We were so impressed that we ended up giving the waiter the cost of the drinks as a tip. The food was incredible, especially the thick broth in the O.G ramen and the delicious appetizers. This restaurant has earned a spot in my top 5 favorite places to eat in South Florida.
