Guadalajara - Miami

After craving Mexican for weeks, we decided to give Guadalajara an attempt! It was a fairly large group of us (12), and we hoped to find a way to keep our group happy together, the staff was eager to help and arranged a long table group for all of us. The restaurant tends to be a bit loud as the layout is completely open and the sound travels, BUT good food attracts a lot. My husband placed a few orders from her homemade horchata and it was a big hit under our group. 10/10 from the Horchata first timers. Also. Excellent salsa (a must) We ordered chicken tacos and steak fajitas and were satisfied with both. Definitely an American Mexican cuisine, but you can never go wrong (and find Mexican cuisine in Miami is a task in itself)

I stopped this Mexican restaurant because I wanted to check it for a while and finally had the chance. I stopped on a random Wednesday at 6:00 before dinner and I'm glad I did. Everybody was kind. I ordered the Pink Guava Margarita and it was so delicious that I ordered a second. Jorge took care of me and was very attentive. He personally made the margaritas and they are really good. For dinner I ordered the shrimp tacos a la carte and let them add a little Cilantro above. The tacos were tasteful and hot. Not sharp, but temperature hot and fresh. A great experience!

I love this restaurant. The food is very authentic Mexican food. My whole family loved it. The fajitas and the tacos were very tasty and flavourful. I live very close by and I can not believe that took me this lo g to find this Mexican Gem hidden in Pinecrest.

After two great experiences in Guadalajara I must and chips are always fresh and every dish we have tried was great, with large portions. In particular, the enchiladas are great, each variety including the mole. The Super nachos (picture) were great, especially with crushed beef. The best of all prices are reasonable! Maybe not really authentic Mexican food, but sometimes that's not a bad thing!
