Gran Paris Bakery - Miami

This place is amazing!! We both got matcha lattes and they were incredible. Probably the best customer service I have had at any place in Miami,FL. The atmosphere and design is dope. Love it!

About 90% of my experience with their service was unpleasant. Very inconspicuous as neglected nature is facing me. It seems like an isolated problem with me. Collecting as a whole, I was ignored and overlooked while others who have come long after I was helped there, even helped over. Why two ladies help a customer while I'm literally on my pointed toes, like a memoranda in the hope that someone can help to finish so I can get on with my deliveries. I'd rather go to Karla's bakery, they have better service and food anyway.

I am so disappointed about the way they are with the customer, I had bought some bocaditos de pasta and they were corrupted when I called to let the manager know that they even apologize for the inconvenience. I don't ask them to enjoy this place to another.

The service well, but they never took the order to the kitchen so wait after 15 minutes. You thought my order was done? If they put my order in the kitchen. So twice wasted time.

I order pastries for my daughter's birthday, I come here and the pastries are burned, I ask for my money back, they can't give me my money. I asked for the food to be ready at 2:00, I'm coming at 4 and the food is not ready. Terrible place is not coming here or ordered by them.
