My daughter and I had the veggie bowl and vegan flatbread. Quite good, if you keep airport expectations.

Stopped by for a quick dinner selection, got veggie bowl: black beans and rice and lots of veggies! No cheese or sauce just natural flavors.

The flatbread was made fresh so it took about 10 min or less. Super crispy with lots of vegan cheese. Very very high quality vegan option for an airport kiosk!
