They take payment at the counter you order from. We ordered from different counters and had to pay each time. I would have preferred to pay for the total order.Food: 5/5
Love to order food to go for my mom. Their fish fillet is ??, in the section behind the Chicharrones. And chicharrones are ???. Not to mention their variety of sandwiches. My favorite is pan con Tortilla w/ham and swiss cheese . Always going back for more.Food: 5/5
If I could give less stars I would. I went last night and bought pulled pork with yuca and black beans. When arrived at home the first thing I dug into was the black beans. I tasted something crunchy so I thought it might be the bay leaf. When I pulled out what i thought was the leaf it was a two inch cockroach I bit into. I will never eat there in my life again and I advise anyone who goes to check their food before they go. So disgusted ?. What sux the most is I loved eating there who knows how many times I've eaten bugs or roaches or rat droppings
Spanish dominant buffet style. English speaking only patrons will have difficulty navigating this establishment, but the food is great and authentic, reccomend getting bilingual assistance. Fairly priced $35 for 2). Decent seating in the shade.Food: 4/5
I wanted to try Cuban food, and seeing this on DAVID'S BEEN HERE, I thought I would give it a try. This is caferia style ordering and cash only. Everything is in Spanish, and you have to ask someone how the ordering works. The workers spoke minimal English, but I was able to get my food order in. I had the chicharon, pork stew, plantains, rice, and beans. My honey had the cuban sandwich that he had to order on the other side. It's confusing, but we got through it. The portions are huge for my plate, but unfortunately, I only enjoyed the plantains, and my honey, who told them no mayo twice, still got mayo on his sandwich. We had the guava and lemonade juice. The lemonade tasted like pinesol, but the guava was good.
