Dunkin' - Miami

These employees are wonderful they are working since 5am and there is only 2 of them doing all the shores there are no other staff… they went the extra mile and helped me get donuts for my son birthday at their closing time. Feeling extremely grateful that there are people like them out there keeping the business going.!!!! 03/31/22 this 2 employees deserve a token of appreciation

A couple months ago my boyfriend and I had a not so good experience ordering drive thru in this location. They gave him a defective cup and broke in the car while the guy was giving us the drinks, they didn’t offered to give us another drink and said they didn’t have napkins.. Today I walked in and the girl in the register was nice, the cook was very professional and the croissant I ordered was so good I had another one! I’m giving it 4 stars because the manager was really rude to their employees. If a manager treats people like that is not much of a role model. I also want to add that the establishment looks clean on point. The volume of the music is enjoyable and the temperature is fresh.

This crew at this Dunkin Donuts is AMAZING! Great service with pleasant, pleasing personalities is what you need to feel at 6:00 am ok? The store Manager, Jeffrey is next level! Never seen anything like it before? Had the nerve to say the catch phrase with a smile? So kind, had ME saying it too!!! That avacado toast- the bomb…

Nice quick and friendly service, but the manager of a Latina lady never wears the face mask.

Today's experience was amazing. I ordered to go through, you could hear the smile in the voice of the person order. Everything was perfect and the service was even better!! Happy pregnant and toddler mum this morning!!!
