Domino's Pizza - Miami

I would give zero stars if I could. Order delivery at your own risk. They charge your card but don't respond to calls (I tried three times, each with a 15-minute wait). There's no way to know if your order will arrive. The tracking on the app is perpetually stuck on "Preparing." The delivery service doesn't work at all, and I have no idea why they even offer it. It's disappointing to see this from the Biscayne outlet owner.

I strongly advise against ordering online from this restaurant, especially from this location. It’s a complete scam! They failed to deliver my pizza. The delivery driver claimed he went to my address, but that wasn't true. I ended up having to go to the store myself, where they just laughed at me and said it was my fault because the driver had called me twice and I didn’t answer. However, I called him back just two minutes after his call, and he didn’t pick up. I kept trying to reach him, but it became clear that the whole situation was a scam, and the driver never showed up!

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. They keep canceling your order, even when the store is just five minutes away and it’s more than an hour before closing. I am thoroughly disappointed with the complete lack of service I experienced. I hope they can improve soon.

They are very consistent in messing up the orders and the worst part is if you try to tell them they give you careless and rude attitude. Our order was messed up four times in a row and all 3 times we accepted it as it is. And this fourth time we tried tospeak to them, they tossed the mistake and blame on one another instead of accepting the mistake, forget about correctingit. Based on all the review on this store so far, seems like Domino?s doesn?t even care about customers. Very pathetic.

Man I wish there was zero stars. I have lives in this area and have made the mistake of giving this place a chance. Never, ever, ever order from here. They don?t answer phones. They don?t get your order right. They dont care AT ALL when they get your orderwrong. They are the absolute worst business I have ever encountered in my entire life. Die from hunger before you waster yourtime and money on this place. Trust me, DEATH is better.
