Denny's - Miami

It is always a good option. The food is average, nothing special, however the fast and convenient nature makes it practical if you are short on time. I go there more on Saturdays and Sundays for breakfast.

I envision a world where the best of humanity and robots work together for the betterment of mankind in the future... Wait. What the heck is this robot doing bringing my food? Lol Food was very good, and the waitress was great. I should have made an effort to remember her name. It's been a long time since I had a big American breakfast, and it was a holiday. A couple of syrup bottles need their nozzles rinsed because syrup was not coming out, and someone forgot to give us our silverware. Very minor things, as you can see, which is good for service considering it was a busy holiday morning.

First, the service time was impressive; it took about three minutes from the time I sat down until I was served, despite the restaurant being quite busy. As for presentation and customer service, my waitress was friendly and even took the time to help me find and redeem my free birthday "Grand Slam" online. I anticipated a different attitude once she realized I was getting a complimentary meal, but she remained attentive and professional throughout my visit. Regarding the food quantity and quality, the portions were simple yet more than adequate to meet typical dining needs. However, those accustomed to larger servings might find themselves disappointed. The food delivery was prompt; my plates arrived at my table within ten minutes of ordering, which was a pleasant surprise. In terms of the overall atmosphere, the restaurant had plenty of seating and was very clean. The lighting was just right, and the background music featured low-volume 80s hits that complemented the ambiance without interfering with the sound of the TVs. Overall, it was a very satisfying and straightforward dining experience. It’s a great place to visit when you’re not in a rush, and it's particularly enjoyable if you’re not overly hungry or stressed. My waitress, Silvana, deserves a shout-out for making my visit pleasant. I hope the chefs take note of this review for their excellent service!

This is definitely the best Denny's I've ever been to in terms of both food and customer service. Jonathan was outstanding! He was very attentive and his positive attitude was truly refreshing. Even with a mask on, you could tell he was smiling. The coffee and food were both excellent.
