Chipotle Mexican Grill - Miami

Are you guys serious? Over Grubhub, I order two bowls, some tortillas and chips and guac. Not only are the chips and guac not there, you guys only put the meat in either bowl and then charged me full price?? 20 dollars for this?? The only thing you guys got right are three tortillas. Way to go.

Chipotle is a great fast food option for a quick, tasty meal. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and I appreciate the customizable options to create a meal that suits my preferences. However, I do feel that there is room for improvement when it comes to personalization. Sometimes the service can feel a bit rushed and impersonal, and I would appreciate more attention to detail when it comes to my order. Overall, I enjoy eating at Chipotle and will continue to do so, but I think there is potential for the restaurant to provide an even better experience by focusing on personalized service.

Ordered delivery yesterday using chipotle app. Got 2 burritos bowls for $32…. Check the portion sizes I received… never again.. chipotle has lost its touch… picture is untouched bowl after opening!!!!

Changing my review because they got a new staff.. 12/26/22 it's night and day. Great service! For the first time in over a year the chips aren't stale!!!

Ordered online and they served me old guac. Unfortunately, I did not see it until I got home. Make sure you check your order and be careful with this place!
