Chicken Kitchen - Miami

This is definitely one of our favorite Chick-fil-A locations in Miami. I am willing to drive the distance to get our food from here because the customer service is exceptional. Every staff member behind the counter is professional and efficient.

This restaurant is the worst chicken kitchen in town. I cannot begin to describe how disappointed I am with this place. The "brown rice" was disgustingly bad, and even the white rice was terrible. We all had to throw away our food because it was inedible. The owner should really check on the quality of the food and service at this place, as it is truly disgusting.

The chicken was flavorless and tough to chew, the rice was discolored. I had to throw it away because it was so bad. I will never eat at this chicken kitchen again.

$15 for barely any chicken rice or vegetables.. these people want to charge more for food and take advantage of the pandemic but give less food than they gave before the pandemic.. now I know why this place is always empty

Excellent as always, this is our go to when we crave healthy chicken and vegetables, with perfectly cooked rice ?
