Checkers - Miami

I've always wanted to try this restaurant since I saw it on Undercover Boss and was impressed by the burger. The service was quick, and the food was served hot, especially the fries. I wish I could open a location in Sheridan, CO; the community would really appreciate that over Whataburger or other options.

How is this even possible? The young lady was rude, and her poor co-worker was caught in the middle of a conflict. I never received my refund or my food, and the customer service information provided is outdated. I wouldn’t even give this experience one star—it’s that bad.

I found myself waiting for 20 minutes in the sun with no other customers around, and none of the staff provided any confirmation. A rather uninterested employee stared at me when I approached the order window. I decided to try again and waited another 8 minutes. The girl was polite, but they were out of pickles, so she offered me an extra side. Overall, it's very hit or miss. The only ones who seem to have consistent success are the customers who throw their food out the window.

This checker is very slow in unprofessional. I went there to the delivery in not even someone opened the window to serve me, but constantly playing around. I waited 30 long minutes to cancel my doordash delivery for poor n lack of service.

It’s the only place open this late… and I was hungry. That’s where the good part ends. I waited over 30 minutes in line for a single cheeseburger, small fries, and small soda. It was over $7. For dollar menu items. The staff was doing their best and I don’t want the blame to be placed on them. But 30+ minutes… in a drive thru.. it just doesn’t make sense. I might as well have driven further for better quality. It would’ve made more financial sense. Yet, I chose the “cheap” option. Just drive somewhere else and save yourself the time you’ll otherwise spend twiddling your thumbs in the Checkers drive thru. Honestly, unless. Food sucked too. No positives here. Not worth it.
