Cafe Oriental - Miami

Food is fresh, tastes homemade with little to none shortcuts used. This is more traditional Japanese cuisine. Chicken teriyaki is juicy and flavorful. No gloppy, overly sweet sauce from a bottle. Salad was freshly cut. Their curry is traditional and delicious, a rarity in Miami. Miso soup is delicate and mild, tofu is freshly diced. No instant soup used here. It has just enough miso flavor, no funkiness like in other places. This is my new favorite place for a quick, nutritious and delicious meal.

Yakiniku Don is generously served and well-seasoned. Plenty of veggies and thin slices of tender beef. Plus miso soup, this makes a very filling meal.
