Bamboo Garden - Miami

We were there around 6 pm dinner time, only 2 customers. We ordered one noodle dish and also clam with black bean sauce. First, the glass is greasy and finger-print all over the glass wall. Then the noodle is almost soaked in the waste oil and almost deep-fried. Finally, the clam with black bean, OMG, it is absolutely awful. Clams are totally not fresh. They are soaked in the waste grease as well. We left everything at least 80% in the plate. We can never imagine how such a restaurant could be in the market. The worst restaurant we ever seen in the past 33 years. OH MY GOD!

Every time we feel like eating Chinese food we head for the Bamboo Gardens. They cook it any way you like it and they do not use MSG. We enjoy the cashew chicken, the shrimp in lobster sauce and the garlic eggplant is super. We will continue visiting this place.

They have round crispy old school noodles and not just the flat wide ones that are all too common nowadays. Their egg drop is one of my favorite in any
