This restaurant offers the best service I've ever encountered. Chester, the manager, along with the entire team, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met, creating an incredibly hospitable atmosphere. The food and drinks are fantastic, but the service truly surpasses everything!
My only night in Miami and being solo I was just looking to enjoy a good hookah, good food and happy hour drink specials. Balans did not disappoint. Nina Adriana were THE BEST!!! So professional and sweet as ever!!! I recommend 1000x.
The food was amazing 10/10 although the appetizer portions are small but they were extremely flavorful
