Ayesha's Kitchen - Miami

I took my wife and 4 friends to Ayesha’s as a birthday present for my wife. We are non-Indians who love Indian cuisine so we’re mostly exposed to Indian food from restaurants, not home-cooked. Ayesha walked us through her focus on fresh and organic ingredients from the meat to the spices. It really came out in the cooking and it was hands down the best Indian food we’ve had. This wouldn’t impact the rating because it was truly an amazing experience and meal and we loved Ayesha, but we did expect a little more focus on cooking than the experience provided. The entrees were already cooked, we really only helped prepare a salad.

You know an experience or event is good when you are talking about ways to come back for a second time while you are still enjoying the first time. This was precisely our experience with Ayesha's Kitchen simply incredible! Ayesha is so easy to get along with; everyone in my group instantly felt welcome the moment we walked in the door. Her energy and enthusiasm is contagious and the passion she puts into every detail of the experience is also present in the food. This is the best Indian food I have ever had and I now have the tools (the spices! and knowledge to try to replicate it in my own kitchen. We had so much fun and I cannot thank you enough, Ayesha!

First time trying Indian Food and it was a delightful experience, cooking with Ayesha was fun and instructive. Her spices were amazing and tolerant (I'm not a spicy eating person . I felt so relax peaceful not bloated, but fulfilling and satisfying. Thank you Ayesha for the wonderful cooking class. Will definitely come back :

Looking into cooking classes for private event, I ran into Ayesha's page. From the moment I spoke to her, I knew she was the one. She is super welcoming, knowledgeable, funny, and an amazing teacher. She discussed her recipes and ingredients with such a holistic approach. Explaining the health benefits of the different ingredients. I like to call her cooking Indian soul food, because it is just so hearty and homey. She did great interacting with the whole group of 10. Everyone enjoyed the finish dishes, starting with me, which I had never tried Indian cuisine to my boss who eats Indian cuisine weekly. She was nothing short from spectacular and we hope to visit her again in 2023. We felt we left with a new friend. Thank you Ayesha for such a great experience.

Ayesha’s Kitchen is fun for the whole family. I took my mom here for her birthday along with our family and we couldn’t say enough good things about Ayesha. She shared her passion for spices and cooking with us, and taught us a lot of valuable cooking lessons. She only used the freshest imported ingredients, which really made for an extraordinary meal. I would surely recommend to anyone who is considering a class.
