Settled for the fruit cup which had a veryrotten grape in it and pretty old watermelon and cantaloupe. Was hoping for more of a Corner Bakery where I could sit down andthe kitchen would make me something fresh.
I purchased on 7/15/22 8:09 a Turkey club check 3596200 terminal#359 Cashier Cidney. After my flight departed for San Francisco I removed one half from the container to find the the bottom half of it had mold on the bread and tomatoes. I check the otherhalf and it didn?t have as much but for obvious reason I had to throw it away. My AA flight did not provide nor sold any food. Ihad to rely on extra croissant I purchased from you and the nuts and cookies provided by the flight attendant which is not thebest scenario for anyone traveling for many hours. I want my money reimbursed and for you to have better inspections of the foodyour sell.
I went there to buy a muffin on 3-15- 22 at around 1:55 pm? this information is so the manager knows who was working that shift at the time. The cashier was very very rude. I asked her what kind of muffin the one I wanted to purchase was? and she yelledat me and started to make movements with her hands as if I was suppose to know what it was Not to mention her attitude when Iwas paying, pointing to the tap reader aggressively. PLEASE FIX YOUR STAFF?S ATTITUDE AU BON PAIN or else your name will needto turn into MAUVAIS PAIN
