Asaka Japanese - Miami

Had a great time with the family. The waitress really brought us forward by taking orders from couples/family. Tonkatsu was really good, and most of the sushi was good with some that lack of little taste. Just forget to ask for sauce for sushi.

This used to be one of my favorite Japanese restaurants, although I live 40 minutes away. Today it is no longer on my list of places to come. Our server acted as if we were harassing him and hardly answered any of our questions. When he said how salty the soup was, he said?oh, you don't want it?? and took it away instead of offering a replacement. The soup was pure salt, the roasted rice had frozen vegetables (we were told that they were fresh) and in oil and my favorite dish, salmon teriyaki, saw nothing like it did other times. It was not grilled, it was not seasoned and the sauce was not its typical tasty sauce, but a filled tasting sauce. I felt ignored all the time and after looking around it realized that there was only one difference between us and the rest of the diners. My skin color. A great disappointment to say the least.

At first dinner with my friend. Food is delicious and fast friendly service. I definitely come back when I'm in town. You got yourself.

We were so excited to come here and we were so disappointed. The ambience is not good. It was so tight. The server does not know the menu. Every time we asked them about the menu, she didn't say it. The food was so tasteless. Teh Sushi we ordered was not good. The grilled salmon camea was terrible. It was fried, oily and no taste and the fog Aubergine was so tasteless. The sweet shrimp was only deep friend and no taste. And the worst thing was that we waited for dinner so long? We wanted to talk to the manager. He or she never came.

Very good service, fast and polite. Sushi taste great so as all appetizers. Kids enjoyed, too. Affordable prices for a good quality place. Big list of menu choices.
