Nice atmosphere, YUMM!! But ask to see the ingredients list, I like not fat free and real sugar, no artificial sweeteners

Staff are friendly and helpful. I haven’t had a bad experience every time I come to Menchie’s. I highly recommend this place for frozen yogurt.

I was looking to try something different as I was getting tired of the usual vanilla flavor. When I asked if I could have a sample cup to try the toasty marshmallow flavor, I was informed that they no longer offer sample cups. This disappointed me, as I wanted to try something new before making a purchase. Ultimately, I decided not to buy anything as I was not able to sample the new flavor. It seems like it may be time for me to find a new favorite spot, as their policies have left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I really enjoy this restaurant. My granddaughter and I like to go there after school. They have a wide variety of flavors to choose from. It's a bit expensive, but the quality is excellent.

This is by far my favorite frozen yogurt spot in Miami. My husband and I have been here three or four times to enjoy their cake batter flavor. We like to stop by after dinner and either sit outside or take it to go. However, the music choice and volume are a bit overwhelming, as they play at a very high level – kind of like Lil Yachty at volume 78. This is why we always choose to sit outside. If you come later in the evening, around 8 or 9pm, you might find that they are starting to run low on flavors. But we still come back for our favorite cake batter flavor (just maybe with a new playlist!). Overall, we love this place and will continue to visit for our favorite treat.
