Mcdonald's - Miami Lakes

This is my favorite McDonald's! I’ve been visiting this location for about 20 to 25 years, primarily using the drive-thru. The service here is outstanding; they consistently provide great service. As I mentioned, it really is my favorite McDonald's.

All the food was served cold, and the cheese had a plastic-like texture. I'm pretty sure this is a health violation! I won't be returning on a Sunday, as it seems they don't prioritize quality on that day.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. The staff were just laughing among themselves and not paying attention to the customers. The drink was even only partially filled—what is that about? I highly recommend avoiding this McDonald's. They even forgot my order, and I was paying in cash, which made it even more frustrating. I can't deal with this place!

Absolutely.. horrible service. Didn't get the order right. Then went inside to get OJ and he refused to take my order.

Worst McDonald?s I?ve ever experienced. Just nasty people working there, they have no fries, the sprite taste like water, the ice machine is always broken, the management makes excuses like I?m suppose to be part of the solution or I need to beunderstanding. Yet ask for a refund and boy oh boy they stop asking for sympathy and start negotiating. This McDonald?s shouldbe investigated something?s off about this place, this happens way to often to be my local McDonald?s
