Wendy's - Miami Gardens

They constantly get my order wrong or forget a part of the order. Call them, they never answer the phone.

I've been here several times this location the food is horrendous it comes out cold they don't measure up to the food that it's supposed to be hot when you get your food they do this especially after 6:00 they don't care they don't care who you are and their employees horrendous if you pass the certain part of the window they tell you to back up so they can make it look like they're doing their food and timely manner which they're not they know how to be slick I don't go by that Wendy's again food is no good

The service was great, drive through was fast. French fries were not the norm. ?

Don't waste your time coming here. Came to the drive thru at 1255 midnight, lady at the telecom said they closed an hour early. Supposed to close at 2am... what the ****?

This place is disaster, the dinning room door was locked (drive through only) in the middle of the afternoon. The woman, of color claimed the door was open but after leaving the drive through I notice others trying to open the door as well.The drive through attendant was cordial, but this was not my first time I experienced the low moral at the location, but it will be the last. I can spend my hard earned money at a different Wendy's location and feel appreciated. ?
