Yeung's Mandarin Garden - Miami Beach

This restaurant is a well-known spot on 41st Street, and Miami Beach is lucky to have it. The Chinese food here is homestyle and generous. My shrimp fried rice was packed with shrimp—there were so many I could hardly believe it! It was beautifully cooked and overflowing with shrimp. If my grandmother were Chinese, I imagine this is the kind of dish she would prepare. It truly has the authentic taste of a home-cooked meal.

I've visited this restaurant for takeout Chinese food. I placed an order over the phone with Yeung's, and it was ready when I arrived. My favorite dish is the shrimp fried rice. The parking situation was a bit tricky, but the staff was friendly.

Situated conveniently near our home, this restaurant offers great options for dining in or taking out Chinese food. They have two menus: one featuring traditional Chinese dishes and the other offering the Americanized versions that many of us are familiar with. While it may not be gourmet or trying to be, the food is consistently good, solid Chinese cuisine. This place has been around for quite some time, and for good reason—I don’t anticipate it going anywhere anytime soon. Additionally, its proximity to Mt. Sinai Hospital makes it a popular choice for takeout during visits, including for expectant mothers.

Wow, we enjoyed a fantastic meal at this place! While the decor is minimal and lacks charm, this clean and bright Chinese restaurant really excels in the kitchen! We started with fried dumplings that were perfectly delicate and delicious. For our main courses, I had the Seafood Fried Noodle, while my friend opted for the House Fried Noodle. Both dishes felt comforting, like they were made by mom. The broth in each was light and refreshing, but the House version had a richer flavor thanks to the pork and chicken, giving the broth an almost sweet quality. It was delightful!

I frequently bring my friends to this restaurant and I highly recommend it. I visit often, and it never disappoints. The dishes are flavorful, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Every time we dine here, we have a wonderful evening. I warmly recommend it!
