The staff was wonderful! record low tempo, but they ensured that we had heating. eating was amazing. highly recommended

Eating was cold and too expensive (also for miami). a good example for a tourist trap!

I just wanted to let you know why I was really upset about tonight. I am a huge foodie that loves to go everywhere and anywhere to try food. I brought my friend along with me because she also loves food. We cancelled another reservation at 11PM because we were hungry at 9PM and wanted to eat good food in south beach. I heard of your restaurant and wanted to try it out myself. Earliest reservation you guys had was 9:45. We ordered our food almost right after we were talked to the person helping us. The food was taking a long I told my friends to meet us here. We switched tables. No one came to check on us since we first ordered over 45 min prior to that. I stopped someone else to give us water because no one checked on us. I asked where our food was at least an hour after our reservation. He was stunned we never got our food. Our friends who showed up an hour later who were also starving as well. So they asked for the quickest thing on the menu because they didn’t want to wait around like us. They brought us out a margarita on the house to make up for not getting out food out over an hour past when we ordered it even though when we first sat down at the table we DENIED alcohol because we were hungry and wanted to eat.

Our waiter Dustin was the perfect example of top tier customer service. Not only was he knowledgeable about the food but he also told us where to go to have a nice time… Will definitely revisit and also informed family and friends about the sexy cow to visit when in Miami
