Sushi Garage Miami Beach

Took minutes to sit us even though we had a reservation. However, made nice accommodations.

The service was too slow due to lack of staff. The food quality is very good and happy hour is a good deal.

The food was exceptional and our waiter was very attentive. I would suggest that the hostess be more familiar with the reservation system and a bit more friendly, she said we only had a reservation for .. which we did not .. we actually confirmed our reservation for and she was prepared to send us away. The manager came along and quickly sat us for dinner Last week we tried going to the restaurant without a reservation and the same hostess took our name to put on a waiting list and she never called us back.

Always a great vibe and energy on the weekends. The food and drinks are good. Service is good, staff is attentive. Def a solid spot!

So my husband and I have been going to the sushi garage for some time now. We have always had an amazing meal and great service. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed with our last visit. As soon as we approached the hostess and provided our reservation information, the first words were” we will need your table in hr and min” A bit rude, I would say. No “hello” or “welcome” Made us feel un-welcomed and rushed. Not sure if Sushi Garage is under new management, but May I suggest a different strategy and a better welcome to Your costumers ….
