Kosushi - Miami Beach

Overall was just not impressed. The food just didn't taste fresh and for all the great sushi in this city I will not be going back here.

We showed up early for our reservation but they accommodated and got us seated immediately. We had a choice of a table or the sushi bar. We chose the bar and it was great. So entertaining to watch their sushi artists work. It was delicious and very high quality.

The food was excellent, but the service was absolutely disappointing. Our dinner felt more like a a fight for any servers attention in the restaurant to be served. We were seated at the sushi bar when we had asked for a table the hostess claimed all the remaining tables were being combined for larger parties, which we later confirmed was untrue. It took minutes to order water. I was hit in the head TWICE by a busboy carrying fooddrinks. The chairs were easily the most uncomfortable seats I’ve ever sat on in a restaurant, and the live Brazilian music conflicted with the essence and vibe of the restaurant

Beautiful space. Food was average in quality. Waiter was excellent but hard to find as he was covering many tables
