Joe The Juice - Miami Beach

I am disappointed to write a negative review, as I am a fan of Joe and The Juice and always enjoy the food when ordering in person. However, my experience with ordering through Uber Eats has consistently led to a decline in food quality. Every time I have placed an order through a delivery service, my order has been incorrect. Today, I ordered 2 Joes Club Sandwiches and all three sandwiches were missing chicken.

The restaurant is on the expensive side. Our order took a long time during a busy morning, and they forgot one of our items. The staff was quick to rectify the mistake. The juices and sandwiches were delicious, but there were no salad options available. Beware that the cold brew is not actually brewed cold, but just refrigerated normal drip coffee, as we were informed by a staff member.

The staff all appeared unhappy and tired. There was no music playing. The person making my juice put in too much and adding ice made it unappetizing! Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. Normally, juice bars have a fresh and cheerful atmosphere, but I'm not sure what was going on with the vegetables here.

They gave me a used cup and disguised it beneath a clean one. The girl gave me a refund (good attitude) while the guy responsible for making the coffee was hidden like a child.

One of the best sandwiches and shakes if stay near Hilton and One hotel. Must visit this place if you are on diet and looking for some healthy food
