Dunkin' Donuts - Miami Beach

This restaurant provided the worst service I have ever experienced! I went in for a coffee and received terrible service. The woman at the counter was incredibly rude simply because she did not have change to give me 56 cents back. Instead, she wanted me to leave the change as a tip! If the 44 cents I had given was not enough to pay for my order, would they have refused to give it to me? I refuse to give a tip when I receive such poor service. The place was also extremely dirty. I believe that woman is not fit to work in customer service.

Every time I visit Dunkin', it's typically for the donuts rather than the coffee. This time, I decided to give it a try and see for myself if the coffee was any good. I tried a cold brew with caramel drizzle and found it to be just okay. It didn't become my favorite, and I would prefer to pay a bit more at Starbucks. The service was friendly and speedy. Additionally, I received a free donut because it was National Donut Day, which was a nice surprise. The donut was delicious as usual. Overall, I would rate my experience a 7 out of 10.

The restaurant had already closed before their scheduled time, with everything shut down and the doors locked. I had a mobile order, but the staff inside saw me and didn't come to the door. I would have been fine if they had just told me they were closed, but the person didn't acknowledge me at all. I'm not sure if I missed out on my free drink, but I will try going back another day to claim it.

I always order from this restaurant. I work nearby and usually dine in or take out when I can't stay. Unfortunately, I'm always disappointed. On my last visit, half of my meal was missing. When my replacement order arrived, it was also missing part of the order. The staff is typically unfriendly and disorganized when I dine in. I will not be ordering from here again.

Dunkin' on the alton road in miami beach is a well managed dunkin' location that has everything they need and more. I was happy with all those shopping I made from here. the personal here is very friendly and accommodating.
