I was very impressed with Bolivar! My friends and I checked this place out when we were in Miami as it had good reviews.
I had the cazuela de mariscos. it was great! nice ambiance and good service. if I am in the area, i will definitely stop by again. a little pricey.
This is a solid establishment right in South Beach.
