La Mascotte - Mialet

My companion and I discovered this restaurant by accident whilst driving through Mialet. La Mascotte restaurant serves French cuisine with a Portuguese twist and offers a varied menu. Desserts are homemade on the premises. My companion and I were given a warm welcome by the proprietors Anna and Antonio. We spent an pleasurable hour and a half in the late summer sunshine and I can recommend the grilled prawn starter and biscotte for dessert. A return visit is planned.
