The owner is a very great woman and nice to visit with. And as long as. It's not overly busy. Your servers usually get back to you and check on you pretty frequently.. In my opinion it's the best place out of the three or four that we have for mexican

AC vent under your bench blowing your feet legs, I was very cold. Food was great, will go back, but w a hoodie!

This is not the best Mexican restaurant in Mexico missouri....this is THE BEST RESTAURANT in Mexico missouri. I waited until I'd eaten here more than once to review it. I love everything about my experience here. Ps, their salsa for their chips is absolutly amazing too! House made and the best I've had. Chips are a little to thick for my liking but the flavor is amazing.

Love Vega's! We don't even live in town and we make a point to drive half an hour to eat there. Street tacos are amazing! Chile Relleno is so good you'll want to eat it in silence!

Vega's Burritos offers fantastic food and service! I ordered the lunch Fajita with steak and my wife had the lunch Quesadillas, both of which were delicious. My meal was sizzling hot and both dishes had a wonderfully fresh taste. It's the best Mexican food we've had in a long time! The service was excellent, the restaurant was clean, and we can't wait to go back. I highly recommend Vega's Burritos!
