A group of us were there after a long day of prospecting on the Swift river and was hungry. I didn't eat anything big and in-depth, I had a burger and fries. The fries are really good and the burger was cooked how I asked with just the right amount of char on the outside. It's not a fancy place but it's good food with friendly staff and the locals go there as well. If you find yourself in Mexico, give this place a try.
