Exquisite food, steaks very well cooked, really good salad bar, very nice place, clean, friendly staff, everything in this place it's good!!

We went with high expectations and left very disappointed. because of our large family size we sat behind a wall in the rear building. a family member spoke their concerns about lack of service when we sit there, and we were insured. of the manager who would certainly not be the case. his resurrection was wrong. the following is a list of reasons why this place is not worth it: 1. they forgot our drinks, did not pick up our dirty tellers, if we did not specifically ask, rarely came to us, and we waited half an hour for sirloin. (I suppose there was only one spear of sirloin around 19-8 clock when it was super busy) 2. was additionally calculated for food we were accepted, was taken into account in the buffet. while we eat, a waiter came with a tablet of enticing ice cone. the children were right there and said: what taste of ice they want. it turned out that each cone was 70 pesos that were convert to $3,50! and it wasn't even good quality! the waiters would have told the adult that each cone would be extra money, we would have rejected. Instead, we paid almost $40 for something we originally did not order and that was not even good. the moral of the story is that we never go to this place again and do not recommend it at all!

They brought us all kinds of grilled meat and seafood, all very tasty. the salatable is huge. Drinks are expensive, but the cost of eating is very cheap. service is good and very clean. good party place too. they love the...Brazilian BBQ style.

If they are a meat lover, they will be satisfied with this place, it has everything they want, the buffet is delicious, the best Brazilian style grill and the place is very nice and comfortable, I wish only that they have better attention for the customer. they need to train those people who they can not have in a beautiful restaurant like this. please do something about it, I'm afraid to recommend my family this place only because of the service. as I said before eating is exceptional, but the service is the only one you need to work on.

These are the best 3 hours of my life I've ever spent just lunch. we joined the church amount and we were underweared in our levi’s, but our service was superior to how the food was. we started in the...Food bar, around approx. 250 uncounted items to choose. nothing was empty, in which did several of the selections were replaced by a new full plate even with 2 to 3 items on the remote plate. the 30 or so selection of meat was delivered to their table by waiter with a spits of a piece of meat. they served the size they wanted to cut a piece half or 3 or 4 pieces. there were about 12 of these waiters from table to table with their selection. there were hostesses when entering the restaurant. a gentleman walked around to observe the operations with a wireless microphone and earpiece that communicate with the kitchen staff, etc. There was also a manager who observed his instructions to the floor manager and passed on. parking was easy and a man went the way to help them part and leave their room at the exit. the price was in pesos and came to men $12, women $11 and children over a certain height $7, their drink was extra. If I could, I would make it six or more stars out of five. pampas even has a play land for younger children. our thanks to the employees and our friend that we take with us mr. pampas.
