A super joyous, dynamic and professional team. Very warm. A choice of top menu and homemade meals, extremely delicious and hearty. A very good quality report. From dish to dessert to nothing. I really and sincerely recommend this restaurant to the atypical and nostalgic setting. Bravo to the team and thank you for the good mood.

A rich meal with good traditional Alsatian dishes. The service is pleasant and relatively fast. Good location in Metz on the room square, pleasant terrace in summer. The addition is also very competitive.

The beef piece was excellent, the typical dishes of the east and winter are their specialties and really delicious. Managers may seem a little hard first, but at the end they don't bite and are even funny enough.

Excellent alsatian dominant restaurant discovered by chance. The reception is very friendly, the staff in sufficient numbers is there to serve you and to take care of you. The menu is rich and offers many dishes. Small flat for the wine map that was presented to us: this one was devoid of leaves presenting the wines. The restaurant enjoys an excellent room location at the foot of the cathedral. We hadn't booked but arrived for 7:00. For those who want to ensure, it is necessary to book because the restaurant is a victim of its success and the wait can be long. I recommend as a dish the Bibeleskaes served on a board with a small RIESLING very fresh. Still small flat for the presentation of the board: the small roast potato pan rests on a part of the slice of smoked ham making this part immangeable. I recommend this establishment.
