Au Comptoir du Zinc - Metz

Although we didn 't eat here, we were so impressed by the service and quality of the 'local ' beers we felt we had to share. The beer we had was from the Loroyse label and it was exceptional. The breweries of Lorraine revived this beer, amongst others and we were so pleased they did. The bar/restaurant was very friendly and had an atmosphere that catered for all ages and sorts. Such a great find, it made our evening in Metz memorable. Great bar staff were very pleased to share their knowledge of the beers too. Thank you!

A sunny day for lunch: at the zinc counter is a great place to relax in the sun and drink rosé. we enjoyed a tray of charcuterie as much as we enjoyed the typical French street. Hidden jewel to put!

First wine bar and far from being disappointed. good atmosphere and pleasant place. excellent wine and very wide choice in red and white. to be recommended.
