Przekaż informację zwrotnąI ordered a reg 6 inch turkey sub on white through the subway app as a pick up order. Had a 45 minute timeframe before needing to pick it up. The app showed the order was ready and so I went in to pick it up only to be told my sandwich was not yet prepared due to the restaurant not having any turkey meat and that I would have to go with ham instead. Although displeased I still allowed them to substitute the turkey with ham since i was on a limited time for my lunch hour. The store apparently was out of white bread as well and substituted that with the Italian herb and cheese without giving me any other options. I understand running out of items but my contact number was also listed so that they could reach out for issues such as these and have done so in the past.
This place is my first choice site. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this place. Whenever I want to go to a proper lunch, this is the place that comes immediately to my head. exeptionalgorgeous and food and a rich menu.courteous staff members, and great mood. In addition to that, the expence is fair. I praise this restaurant with pleasure.
Makes it seem like its healthy but it is really unhealthy to eat a loaf of bread in one sitting.
Great Subway, service was fast and precise. Would go there again.
3rd time in a row order is wrong. Trying to give them benefit of the doubt but nope. 1st time ordered Turkey sandwich got tuna. 2nd time ordered steak and cheese got cold steak and cheese. Ordered steak and cheese same as before even though I put down toasted on the app. Twice was the girl with pink hair once was Edith. What happened to the other employees they rarely if ever got an order wrong. What's the point of ordering on the app if I have to wait again to have sandwich remade.
