The pizza was cooked on a fake grill that emitted a smoky atmosphere, leaving the waitresses and their clothes smelling like smoke. The service was slow and overall, the dining experience was terrible.
They forgot the pizza! it took too long so we decided to cancel and go the pizza. but guess, they still have the boldness to let us pay for the appetizers they only serve us. big turn out. worse was that we were the only customers! So, how, to the devil, did they forget the escape? we were just three in the table! when they dine in there, be ready to eat bad service directly from the one of them!
While the two headline elements made the personal quite uncomfortable, they tried hard to make it right. we had a bottle of budget chianti that probably came out of s
The dining experience at this restaurant is average considering the price. The pizza crust is not very crispy, and the pizza and pasta with goat cheese are not as impressive as they sound. The service for pick-up orders is lacking, as I called 2 hours prior to arriving to collect my order of 2 pizzas and pasta, only to find that they had forgotten about it when I arrived. Despite knowing how frustrating it is to wait for a long time after calling ahead, this still occurred. I had no intention of returning to this restaurant, but my cousin wanted to try it, so I reluctantly went back. However, once again, the service was subpar as I had to wait for 20 minutes for my food, with the staff seemingly preoccupied in a meeting. It was only after I drew attention to my wait that my order was finally acknowledged and prepared. Overall, the service at this restaurant is disappointing.
During our week of shopping and dining in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, my wife and I stumbled upon Tuscano's, a beautifully decorated restaurant. Despite its location near the popular Burgos Circle, known for its high prices, we were pleasantly surprised by the affordability of the menu. We decided on an all-meat thin crust pizza and a bucket of San Miguel Light beer. The pizza was freshly made in a wood-fired oven and paired perfectly with our drinks. The attentive waitress made our dining experience even better. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to town. The beer, which could easily cost 600 pesos elsewhere, was only 199 pesos at Tuscano's and came chilled with a bucket of ice. If you find yourself in the area, be sure to give Tuscano's a try for delicious food at great prices - and don't forget to enjoy a cold beer!
