Ambiance: the place looked nice. There were a lot of tables and had tv with soft music in the background. Great for cutting through awkward silences but not loud enough to interrupt conversation. Service: pretty fast but i can't vouch for the consistency since as i've said, we were the only ones there at the time Food: • Mango cheese bingsu - it was good and not too sweet. The mangoes were sweet and the subtle saltiness of the cheese really tried the other sweet elements together nicely. • Choco banana bingsu - the two flavors are known to work together pretty good and this bingsu was one shining example of it. • Oreo bingsu - by far my favorite. I didn't really expect much from this one since the flavor is pretty generic already but surprisingly, for me, this was the best. ***you can actually ask for extra condensed milk which we did (see photos below). Our sweet tooth will not be shamed.

I went here together with my friends to have bingsu and tteokboki, they didn't disappoint. I love their bingsu because it's not that sweet and it's not blant either. Sakto yung taste niya to make you crave for even more bingsu! I swear no umay factor. We ordered 3 flavors of their bingsu and tteokboki. Masarap talaga swear!
Ordered their sardine and olive pasta and green matcha bingsu. I enjoyed the pasta. It's good for sharing. The bingsu is a little overwhelming tho. You can't taste the matcha that much and there's just too much red bean I guess but it's ok. It's quite heavy with the ice cream so I think I would prefer the usual bingsu with whipped cream. Overall accommodating staff. Spacious and quiet place to relax. Just hope they'll add cafe umbrellas for their outdoor sitting.
Seol and Bean is just one of the chains where you can eat Korean food and bingsu in BGC. This is located in Fort Strip. It is the usual Korean place with K-Pop music playing in the background. They even have music videos of your fave Korean artists. And they've got wifi! With the food, they also offer Korean staples. We ordered Korean ramen (P170) and 6-pieces chicken with fries (P450). We're not expecting our orders to be big so we also ordered rice which costs P45 if memory serves us right. To our surprise, they have big servings! The ramyun bowl was huge, the chicken and fries was good for 4 people and the rice is also for sharing. The chicken we ordered got honey glaze so it's kinda sweet but it's crispy the way we like it. The ramyun, on the other hand, is normal, with very rare toppings. It's spiciness is just right though. We find this expensive because there's nothing special in their food, however, considering its location it is pretty much a... read more
