Pablo's Pub and Restaurant

This is a late review for Pablo's (Extremely sorry!) More or less 8 months ago I was invited for a Zomato Foodie meetup here at Pablo's and as expected it was a great experience meeting new and familiar faces. Pablo's is located at the forum in BGC it is quite a bit hidden spot in BGC but a nice place to chill. As I walked into Pablo's it gave me that chill vibe as the setup of the place was really perfect for hangout with friends / officemates after a tiring week. Pablo's also have bands playing every week and sometimes they have major gigs here so if you're into that kind of music then this is your place. Now let's discuss the food that we had at Pablo's Paprika Fries - this may look like the usual starter fries but it has that unique flavor in it, maybe the paprika was a great combination with the fries but definitely this is a perfect fit for any alcoholic beverage. Spicy Chicken Tenders -  oh man, this is I think another perfect pulutan and I think also would be great to eat with rice. The spiciness is just right and will really boost your appetite.  Chicharon Bulaklak - this is also a winner, i don't know but their chicharon bulaklak was not that oily and the dip was also well made that it perfectly complemented the chicharon. This with the Chicken tenders would be the ultimate pulutan whenever you're chilling at Pablo's Pablo's Cheese Burger - Their cheese burger is really nice and the bread was awesome as it had that buttery taste and was really so tender. The burger is not as big as other burger restaurants but it was really delicious and the cheese was overflowing in the patty. All in all Pablo's definitely is a great spot to chill-out in BGC and won't really hurt your wallet that much. Give it a try here whenever you and your friends want to just hang-out, have drinks and have a lot of fun.

Didn't get to eat the food but if you go here on a Friday night, it's quite a fun place to go drinking. Lots of people to chill out with and they play hip hop music! Nice hangout place to go to with friends.

We went here for a couple of shots. It was really late then, I think 3am. Have not tried any of their foods yet. Their drinks were a bit pricey than the ones in Tipple and Slaw that is found just right beside it. The bartenders were kinda "mataray" or maybe because they were already tired since it was already almost closing time. The DJ plays great music though. Could not give a full blast review yet. I need to try their burgers. I heard they were famous for it.

Submitting a complaint regarding how the staff handles reservations. I clearly made a reservation complete with details  and whoever handled my reservation did NOT look at the date and simply accepted the reservation. When I called to add more people to the table the person was very dismissive and NOT APOLOGETIC about the mistake where they OVERLOOKED the fact that they were FULLY BOOKED for the night for an event. Terrible impression. Have never eaten there and never WILL eat there.
