High Street Cafe - Metro Manila

My family are regulars at High Street Cafe because of their delicious food, attentive service and beautiful setting. Its definitely a quality over quantity buffet experience which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. My kids love it because of the dessert selection and the noodle soups. What I would like to comment in this review is the exceptional service that they showed us loyal customers. I had just returned from a medical trip and was experiencing allergies. We wanted quick delicious food in a relaxed ambiance so we decided to head over to High Street Cafe. I called over the phone and checked what the soup in the buffet was and unfortunately it was seafood. I took a chance and asked if the chef could make me Tinola which was not on their menu. They were so kind to accommodate this request. Being sick at this time, the soup dish made me feel so much better. The tinola was super delicious. The rest of the family ordered their own preferences and everyone left full and happy. My kids also love getting their own dessert and its great that the staff always assists them. The service was so personalized we felt very important. Thanks to Chef William, Chef Mina, Kharla, Keldrin, Macinee and Candyd for taking great care of us during this visit. We look forward to another delicious meal with you soon!

I am lost for words lol... To be honest, this is the best restaurant I've ever been to. From the food, service, and other things, everything is on point! I had a blast for my late birthday celebration. Lawrence is the best male service ambassador, he's so fun to talk with, and he's so kind. Ms. Joan, Ms. Lois and Ms. Nicole are so helpful, too! Chef Laarni from Pastry and Chef Maya from Cold Kitchen have been so good and nice to me as well, by recommending the best foods that I should have for that night. High Street Cafe has the best line up for pastries, too, which you can't have in other hotel buffets or buffet restaurants. I will always go back there too eat and to have good conversation with the staffs!

Had Saturday lunch here with my friends on a whim. We were not sure where to eat, but Candyd and Irish cheerfully welcomed us at the door and invited us to try High Street Cafe. Considering most patrons probably choose the buffet, we were impressed with how attentive and efficient the servers were when we chose to have a la carte. Chesca took our order and served it in no time. She was very warm and accommodating and kept checking on us throughout our meal. Brandon came to offer us drinks and made the most excellent sangria. Erika attentively came to refill our water before we even had to ask. She also recommended the molten lava cake for dessert which is a must try! The managers Jerome and Kevin each made it a point to check on our table and ensure everything was going well. On the way out, Kevin and Myles made sure to bid us farewell and make us want to return. Every step of the way, my friends and I received genuine and personalised service from all the staff we encountered, which really made the difference in what otherwise might have been an ordinary weekend lunch. Definitely looking forward to coming back next time to try the buffet!

Friendly staff, good food. The waiter Chris was very friendly and accommodating, even offering to get food for me from the buffet before it closes. Their tapa and blueberry cheesecake is great!
