Pizza Hut Express

This Pizza Hut and their manager Quinton is a disgrace! I ordered the big box with a pepperoni pizza and a super supreme with light sauce. The super supreme was raw in the middle and DID NOT have light sauce. When I called in about the issue, I was offered either a remake which would take an hour and a half or a $15 credit after I spent $40 on the order. Never will I ever order from this facility again. #TeamDominos

THE WEBSITE for PIZZA HUT, evidently, BOTH TO THE CUSTOMER THE PIZZA HUT EMPLOYEES is both CONFUSING and NON-FUNCTIONAL! I ORDERED (VIA WEBSITE MY BANK CARD) 2 PIZZAS FOR THE SENIOR CITIZENS COMPLEX where I (a disabled Vietnam Veteran) live. ONLY to fight my way 5 miles through 5:00pm TRAFFIC to find out that EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED BY ORDER FORM MY BANK STATEMENT ; THAT THE STORE HAD NOT RECEIVED OR PREPARED MY PIZZAS. Thus, I had to WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 15-20 MINUTES AND PAY $43 PLUS INSTEAD OF THE ORIGINAL $40 PLUS. WON 'T BE USING THAT WEBSITE OR RETURNING TO PIZZA HUT AGAIN. ENJOY THE PROFIT PIZZA HUT, CAUSE YOU WON 'T BE FLEECING THESE SENIOR CITIZENS AGAIN!

Store had no driver for delivery but didnt know that until i called 30 minutes after the website said my pizzas were on the way. I had to go get the order and they still charged my delivery fee. Go to Papa Johns or Dominos.

Don 't waste your time or money. Ordered a Pepperoni Lovers and got...this. The meal deal didn 't come with everything either. Unfortunately, this isn 't a one off. Without fail, something is always messed up.

Dude hung up on me 3 times in a row because he couldn't spell the street I lived on. Didn't even try to clarify, just hung up. When I called back and he heard my phone number he hung up before hearing my address again. I'm sorry, what?? How is this any way to run a business. No wonder y'all have 2 stars, do better.
