La Horchateria

Unfortunately the food is not worth the wait. We've been several times and the food has ranged from good to okay while the service has consistently made us question why we come back. Today, we waited 30 minutes for two items with barely an acknowledgement for the wait and dealt with a rude employee. One of the items (churro sundae) was well prepared while the other item, nutella pancakes was just fine. Unfortunately this will be the last time we come. If you decide to brave the service to try their food, at least put in an order in advance and I hope it will save you from having a wait or engaging with rude staff.

I’ve been here a couple of times now and it never disappoints. The horchateria macchiato is amazing and I constantly think about their dulce de leche mini pancakes.

The food is good but every time I order anything through an app like Uber or doordash they never read the special instructions, i am allergic to strawberries, first time I ask no strawberries and second I ask for strawberries on the side and both times they came with strawberries and I had to throw it away.

Honestly, this is a great little gem. My wife loved her horchata cold brew and our churros were some of the best we have ever had. Some people complain about service being slow, I thought the same at first then realized they were making the churros fresh.I will be back and will recommend others.

Drinks are always delicious and ready when I arrive! I tried the melon agua Fresca today and it was DELICIOUS. The blue lemonade that my partner got was also delicious!
