Outback Steakhouse Methuen

I ordered three meals for takeout. Unfortunately, all of the steaks were extremely overcooked and inedible. Additionally, the extra side dishes we paid for, like the lobster tail, were missing from the order. The blooming onion, which is supposed to be their signature dish, was soggy and the fries were not much better.

I’ve gotten Uber eats delivery twice at this establishment and each time they’ve forgotten something. The first time was a fairly large order so okay, whatever but the most recent one yesterday was 2 entrees with 2 sides included and somehow one side was still missing. It’s not that hard to cross things off as they’re being packed into the bag. Highly frustrating when someone ends up with nothing

We no longer visit this restaurant due to the reduced portion sizes. Additionally, it is difficult to receive extra sauce, even when requested, resulting in dry food. It is not worth paying for a meal that is dry and lacking flavor.

This Outback knocked it out of the park. Rachael was our server and she was AMAZING. Seriously haven't had service like that in a very long time. She was promt, kind, funny, quick on her feet. Our food was hot, fresh, and cooked to order. French onion, porterhouse, filet lobster combo, kids Mac n cheese ice cream. My husband ordered a smoked old fashion and he said it was one of the best he's ever had. We look forward to visiting again

I absolutely adore this Outback location! The food is consistently fresh, the drinks are tasty, and everything is reasonably priced. The entire staff, including management, was exceptional! My go-to order is always the classics: Bloomin' Onion and Steakhouse Mac. Absolutely delicious! Jeremy, the kitchen manager, took the time to discuss my seafood and tree nut allergies with me and assured me that my meal would be prepared safely. A true class act!
