Fury's - Metairie

Absolutely terrible experience. The Roumalade sauce tasted like a strange combination of French dressing and Thousand Island. The meatballs were overly soft, likely due to excessive bread filler. The chicken was a disaster; all the juices had been boiled out. The thigh practically didn’t exist, and the breast meat was extremely dry. It seems the cook didn’t realize that raw chicken shouldn’t go directly under the broiler—it needs to be partially cooked first to achieve a good balance of tenderness inside and crispiness outside. And can you believe the iced tea was $3.25? That’s outrageous for something that probably costs less than 10 cents to make! I felt completely ripped off at Fury's. The only redeeming aspects were the onion rings and the very friendly waiter who provided good service. These were the only positives in an otherwise disappointing experience. I will never return, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I'm extremely disappointed, especially given the prices on the menu. It felt like highway robbery for terrible food.

Absolutely delicious! The stuffed grilled trout and the shrimp pasta in garlic butter sauce were both outstanding. So tasty!

Fury's has the best Italian and seafood dishes and food in the area hands down

One of my locals goes to the squares. The best onion rings on the planet. Good baked calf cuts, excellent fried seafood also. The bartender really knows what they do! I never had a bad drink here. Here's the fried flounder they have trout and soft shell crabs. The Flounder is a bit expensive, but it is worth it. That's the biggest fried fish I've ever seen! Stuffed Flounder is similar to fried but covered with a crab mix. Again, WELL WORTH IT! Really great place. Back tomorrow. I really hope they have Flounder.

Everything was absolutely delicious! They prepare their own salad dressing, which is excellent. I had the stuffed pepper spaghetti, and it was fantastic. You should definitely eat here—it's really good!
