La Matta - MESSINA

Came in for a draught beer. Got Affligem Rouge. Fresh and good. Within sight of the Astronomical Clock. Nice little place. Burgers looked excellent. Good atmosphere. Recommended for a quick drink and bite.

I haven’t been to the actual place itself, but I tried their hamburger at their stall at a street food fair in Messina, and it was so good I had to order a second one! Just delicious!

We have been there multiple times as we liked the food really much. The cook speaks English and is also very open for a 'customized ' meal. Our little one loved the Casarecce Pomodoro. The burgers are also very good.

Beautiful and plentiful sandwich with hamburger, wide choice of craft beers. acceptable price (30 euro x 2). nice account playing with the waitress: If the bat comes out, you don't pay!
